At Outsiders we offer our customers five predesigned garden rooms to choose from. Each design can be customised with extra features to make your new space your own. Want to get creative? We also offer a bespoke option, allowing you to create your garden room design to your exact specifications.
Electricity, data & insulation as standard
Electricity
We provide a certified mains connection from your house’s consumer unit to the new one in your garden room, using armoured cabling. It can be buried in a trench with other services or attached to your boundary wall in most cases.
Data
Staying connected is crucial, whether you’re working from your home office or streaming the latest movies. That’s why we provide hard-wired armoured Cat6 cable between your garden room and internet router, ensuring reliable internet access.
Sockets, switches & spotlights
Plug sockets, switches, data points and LED spotlights are included in all our rooms.
Insulation
All Outsiders garden rooms come fully insulated. We use the most effective thermal insulation available on the market. The walls and roof panels are fitted with 100mm and the floor with 50mm of high spec insulation, resulting in excellent thermal performance.

Cladding options
We have several cladding options that can be laid in either a tongue and groove style or a slatted finish. Some of our finishes can be painted and we apply UV oil protection where required. During the free initial consultation, we will talk you through all the available options.

Doors & windows
We install aluminium double glazed doors and windows in all of our rooms.
Doors can be bifold, sliding or French and are available in a range of colours. We can also supply a Crittall style or any other style you like!

Sedum roof
Sedum is a lightweight way to create a green roof. Drought tolerant and easy to maintain, it can improve the insulation of your garden room, keeping it cooler in summer and warmer in winter

Floor-to-ceiling windows

All our garden rooms come with a wall-mounted radiator as standard. Why not upgrade to include air conditioning or underfloor heating?

Transform your garden room into a workout space by adding gym flooring and full-length mirrors. We can even increase the head height over treadmills.
Integrated lighting
Illuminate your garden room with integrated lighting, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere for exercise, relaxation or entertainment, day or night.
Canopy & decking
Add a canopy to your room as a shelter, or to protect your hot tub. Decking
extended around your room gives you extra space for a seating area to relax and
entertain.
Bespoke Joinery
Custom-crafted joinery allows you to tailor every aspect of your space to your
exact specifications, ensuring a one-of-a-kind design that reflects your style.
Kitchens & bathrooms
If you’re considering adding a bathroom or kitchen to your garden room, you’ll
need water and waste connections. At Outsiders we provide a comprehensive
service – no need to hire additional tradesmen. We ensure everything is
connected and ready for use in your garden room, hassle-free.
Sauna
Whether you‘re unwinding after a long day or hosting a spa day with friends and
family, a garden room with a sauna creates a tranquil oasis for rejuvenation and relaxation. Additionally, with proper ventilation and insulation, you can enjoy your sauna experience comfortably year-round, regardless of the weather outside.

Keeping your property safe and secure is vital, we can install the alarm or security system of your choice.
Virtual Golf Simulators
Working with you we can create a bespoke, purpose-built golf room allowing you to perfect your golf swing from home using a golf simulator. Planning permission may be required (due to the extra height required for swinging a golf club) – we will work with a Planning Expert to make this a smooth process.

We have an experienced team who can advise and install your home cinema system, including projectors and screens.
