Gym floor: We can install specialised gym flooring into your garden room gym. Foam flooring is great for light workouts and exercises where comfort and cushioning are priorities (yoga or Pilates), and rubber flooring is more durable and better suited for intense workouts and heavy equipment.
Full-length mirrors: Full-length mirrors are crucial for home gyms, enabling users to view their entire bodies during workouts. This is a great addition and beneficial when exercises require precision and correct form. We can install these for you as part of the project.

Keep your cool: We can supply and fit air conditioning units to keep you cool when working out.
