Our couple live in a garden flat and needed some extra space. The answer? A garden room! By adding a garden room, our couple now has the space they need to work and relax, whilst also adding value to their property.

Our clients live in a terraced house, which meant no side access to the garden. This is no problem for us, as we are able to carry everything needed for the build through a standard doorway.

Clad in our very popular cedar finish, the room fits nicely at the end of our couple’s garden. By incorporating a hidden store, our clients have a space to store instruments, tins of paint and crafting materials. Our hidden stores are also insulated, ensuring everything inside is kept dry and away from damp.

The hidden store is also accessible from inside the room. Painted in the same colour as the walls, the door isn’t intrusive, and gives quick and easy access for our clients. No need to step out into the rain..

Spotlights included in the soffit overhang will light up the way in the evenings, and 6 internal spotlights create a clean and streamlined finish to this room. The high-level window with obscure glass, lets enough light in, whilst providing ventilation to the room.
